As part of the due diligence of our firm, we require clients to provide us with proof of age and citizenship/residency as these items are a factor in computing various tax adjustments, deductions, credits and more.  We respectfully request our clients to provide us with a:

• Certified copy of a birth certificate

and at least one of the following documents:

• Government issued passport
• U.S. Immigration Green Card
• State issued driver’s license
• U.S. Military identification
